Residence Rules & Policy
- Payment: Must be made within 2 days.
- Gate Hours: Gate is closed at 11:00 PM and opened at 6:00 AM.
- Garbage Disposal: On Tuesdays, food waste buckets must be placed near the gate for collection. Buckets must be cleaned and retrieved in the evening.
- Waste Separation: Paper, polythene, and food scraps must be placed in separate bins.
- Cleanliness: Bathroom and pantry must be kept clean. Maintaining cleanliness is essential.
- Visitors: Bringing in outside persons/visitors is prohibited.
- Minimum Stay: Only those planning to stay for more than three months can be accommodated.
- Prohibited Appliances: Hot plates, ovens, and refrigerators are prohibited.
- Notification: A message must be left in the WhatsApp group if you are leaving the premises (e.g., going home).
- Payment Method: Payment can be made either in hand (cash) or via online transfer.
