Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the accommodation services provided by myboarding.lk. By booking a room, you agree to be bound by these terms, in addition to the Official House Rules. Please read them carefully.
1. Accommodation and Residence
Accommodation is reserved strictly for the registered female resident only. Visitors are prohibited at all times, in line with our "Girls Only" safety policy. The minimum acceptable stay is three (3) months.
2. Financial Terms and Payment
- Advance Payment: All monthly fees are due in advance on the 1st or 10th of the month.
- Late Fees: Payments made after the 2nd day of the due period will incur a late payment penalty as communicated by the management.
- Refunds: Rental fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of early departure.
- Utilities: For the shared bed option (Rs. 8,500), all utilities (water and electricity) are included in the monthly fee.
3. Damage and Maintenance
Residents are responsible for any damage to their room or common areas caused by misuse or negligence. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the resident(s) responsible. All maintenance issues must be reported promptly to the management via the official WhatsApp group.
4. Termination of Residency
- Voluntary Departure: The resident must provide at least one (1) month's written notice (via the WhatsApp group) before the intended departure date.
- Breach of Rules: Myboarding.lk reserves the right to terminate residency immediately, without a refund, if a resident violates the Official House Rules or these Terms and Conditions.
By confirming your booking and moving in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set forth above.
