You must plan to stay for more than three months to be accommodated.
When is the rent due?
Payment is due on the 1st or 10th of the month (paid in advance). Additionally, rent must be paid within 2 days of the due date.
Are visitors allowed?
No, bringing in outside persons or visitors is strictly prohibited under house rule 6.
Is electricity and water included in the fee?
Yes, for the Rs. 8,500 Shared Bed option, all utilities (water and current) are included in the monthly fee.
Can I use my own cooking appliances?
No, appliances like hot plates, ovens, and refrigerators are prohibited in the rooms.
What should I do when leaving the premises for a few days?
You must leave a message in the WhatsApp group to notify the management when you are leaving (e.g., going home).
